Deposit & Cancellation Policies

A 50% deposit is required to hold all reservations
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
Cancellations 30+ days in advance may be applied to a future stay
Cancellations within 30 days will be forfeited
Holiday bookings require 72 hours’ notice
Shortening stays requires 14 days’ notice prior to check-in
